The Rebuild – Coaching Agreement
Last updated: October 13, 2026
These are the terms for The Rebuild, a 12-week 1:1 coaching program with Scott Russell Coaching ("Coach"). By checking the box at checkout and completing payment, you ("Client") agree to these terms.
1. The Program
The Rebuild includes:
12 weekly 1:1 coaching sessions on Zoom (about 50–60 minutes each)
Access to Coach between sessions by text or voice memo, with replies within 1–2 business days
Work, reflections, and action steps between sessions
Free access to the Scott Russell Coaching Skool community
2. Investment and Payment
Client chooses one payment option at checkout:
Paid in full: $3,000, due before the first session.
Monthly: 3 payments of $1,000 ($3,000 total). First payment due before the first session, then every 30 days.
Biweekly: 6 payments of $550 ($3,300 total). First payment due before the first session, then every 14 days.
Payments are processed through Stripe. On a payment plan, Client authorizes Coach to automatically charge the card on file on each due date until the plan is complete.
Client is committing to the full program. A payment plan spreads out the cost. It is not a month-to-month subscription. Client agrees to complete all payments in the chosen plan, whether or not every session is used.
3. Sessions and Scheduling
Sessions are booked through Coach's scheduling link.
Reschedules need at least 24 hours' notice. Sessions missed or canceled with less notice count as used.
If Client is more than 15 minutes late without notice, the session counts as used.
If Coach needs to reschedule, the session is moved, never lost.
All 12 sessions should be completed within 16 weeks of the start date. Unused sessions expire after that unless Coach agrees in writing to extend.
4. No Refunds, Missed Payments, and Cancellation
No refunds: All payments are final and non-refundable once payment is made.
Missed payments: If a payment fails, Client has 7 days to fix it. Sessions pause until the account is current.
Ending early: If Client stops the program early, the remaining balance of the chosen plan is still owed.
Coach's right to end: Coach may end the agreement if Client is abusive or repeatedly misses sessions without notice. If Coach ends it for any other reason, Client is refunded for unused sessions.
5. What Coaching Is (and Isn't)
Coaching is not therapy, counseling, or medical care. Coach is not a licensed mental health or medical provider. If Client is in crisis or needs clinical care, Client agrees to seek a licensed professional. Coaching can happen alongside that care.
No guaranteed results. Coach brings tools, honesty, and support. Results depend on Client's effort and circumstances.
Confidentiality: What Client shares stays private. Coach will not share it without Client's permission, except where required by law or where someone's safety is at serious risk. Coach will never use Client's name or story in content without written permission.
6. Agreement
Client agrees to these terms by checking the terms box at checkout and completing payment. Questions? Ask Scott before paying.
